We called him at 9:30pm on a Sunday night along with 4 other electricians, and he called us back within minutes - he was the only one to respond. He was at our home at 7am the next day. Super professional and helpful and we're grateful to have peace of mind knowing he tested and checked everything. Not to mention, when you're panicking at 9:30pm and you get a call back when you don't think you will - such a relief! Will be using Jeff for all out future electrical needs.
